For in-stock products, orders will be packed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. For pre-order products, please allow at least 15-20 business days for processing.

Shipping Coverage
We ship to most regions worldwide. We currently don't accept orders from U.S. Non-contiguous states and territories. For detailed information on shipping times and costs, please see the details below.
For the continental U.S., shipping times and costs are as follows:
Timeframe
- Standard Shipping (USPS): 8-10 Business Days
- Expedited Shipping (FedEx): 5-7 Business Days
- Priority Shipping (DHL): 3-4 Business Days
Keep in mind that your estimated arrival time is calculated by adding the order processing time to the shipping time.
Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $100, $9.99 for orders under $100
- Expedited Shipping: From $14.99
- Priority Shipping: From $29.99
Please note that the cost for Expedited Shipping and Priority Shipping will be calculated based on your order amount. The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout when you submit your order.
Order Tracking
Stay updated on your order! Every order includes tracking, accessible anytime on our "Track My Order" page. Just enter the tracking number you received in your post-purchase email. Should you require any help, don't hesitate to contact us at support@wetkiss.com.
Please note: Exact delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs delays, weather conditions, and peak season volumes.
Shipping Protection
Protect your order against loss and theft during transit with our recommended Shipping Protection, available at checkout. In the event of an unforeseen incident, you'll receive a full refund.
How to File a Claim:
If your package is lost or stolen, please email support@wetkiss.com with:
- A screenshot of your order confirmation.
- Your package tracking information.
We will review your claim within 24 business hours. Once confirmed, we will promptly issue a full refund.
Eligibility for Full Refund:
Your order is eligible for a full refund if it meets these conditions:
- Tracking shows "Delivered" (and you haven't received it) or "Lost."
- A formal "Non-Receipt Certificate" or "Lost Package Certificate" is issued by the shipping carrier.
- For suspected theft, a police report (with receipt or case filing proof) is provided.
Claims must be submitted within 5 days of the latest logistics update.
