In-stock orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST (excluding national holidays when carriers do not offer pickups) within 1–3 business days of placement. For pre-order products, please allow at least 15–20 business days for processing.

Shipping Coverage
We ship to most regions worldwide, including Canada, Mexico, and Australia. We currently don't accept orders from U.S. Non-contiguous states and territories. For detailed information on shipping times and costs, please see the details below.
For the continental U.S., shipping times and costs are as follows:
Timeframe
- Standard Shipping (YunExpress): 8-10 Business Days
- Expedited shipping (FedEx):5-7 Business Days
- Priority Shipping (DHL): 3-4 Business Days
Keep in mind that your estimated arrival time is calculated by adding the order processing time to the shipping time.

- Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $100, $9.99 for orders under $100
- Priority Shipping: From $25
Please note that the cost for Expedited Shipping and Priority Shipping will be calculated based on your order amount. The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout when you submit your order.Due to objective factors, the actual shipping fee may fluctuate.
