We encourage every wetkiss customer to use the wetkiss size chart to select the correct size before placing an order. And we will place the size chart on each product page.

If you're not sure about your shoe size, you can measure your feet using a ruler or a Brannock Device. Then choose the corresponding size according to our sizing suggestions. "Made to order" (MTO) means that we begin production of the item only after you place your order. Please note, this does not indicate customization. At Wetkiss, we currently do not offer boot customization or personalization. The production time for the item is indicated in red text on the product page. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service team.

Orders

You can check your order status by logging into your Wetkiss account. If you don’t have an account, check the email you used when placing the order, as we typically send a copy of your order details to that address. If you still can’t find it, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.

Orders can typically be canceled within a short time after placing the order. To check if your order can be canceled, please contact our customer service team at support@wetkiss.com. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund once you receive it.

Shipping

Shipping Time (Processing):
In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days. For pre-order items, the estimated shipping time will be shown in red text on the product page.

Delivery Time (Shipping):
Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen and starts from the moment the carrier receives your package.

After your order is shipped, we will send an email with the tracking number to the email address you used to place the order. Alternatively, you can also track your order by entering your order number and email address on the tracking page.

If you haven’t received your order or if your package was lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

Return & Exchange

Once we receive your return, we will refund the actual amount you paid for the order, including expedited shipping charges. For more details, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Upon arrival, please allow our returns team 1-3 business days to process your item. All items returned are thoroughly inspected post-arrival. Please note, refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days to reflect on your given bank statement. All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

Gift cards purchased online are not eligible for return.

By law, sales tax is required to be collected on applicable orders. The tax rate is based on the combined state and local rate for the shipping address, and it’s calculated by a third party. All taxes will be applied before you complete your order.

If you live in an apartment, please make sure to include your apartment number to ensure successful delivery.
