Product
We recommend every Wetkiss customer to refer to the size chart on each product page to select your perfect fit before placing an order. Click "Size Chart" on the product detail page to view specific size specifications.
If you're unsure about your shoe size, measure your foot length with a ruler or Brannock Device, then refer to our size chart to select the corresponding size. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, feel free to contact us at support@wetkiss.com if you have any sizing-related questions.
Orders
To apply the discount, enter the code on the Cart or Checkout page. If the code doesn’t work, confirm you’ve met the minimum spending requirement and the code hasn’t expired. To change the discount code, delete the existing one on the Checkout page and reapply the new code. For further assistance, contact support@wetkiss.com.
You can check your order status by logging into your Wetkiss account. If you don’t have an account, check the email you used when placing the order, as we typically send a copy of your order details to that address. If you still can’t find it, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.
Orders can generally be canceled shortly after placement. To check cancellation eligibility, contact customer service at support@wetkiss.com. If the order has been shipped, cancellation isn’t possible; you can contact customer service to return the item for a refund after receiving it.
Checkout
To ensure accurate delivery, please provide your detailed door/apartment number. We recommend avoiding P.O. BOX addresses.
We currently accept orders using the following payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal.

Sales tax is collected for eligible orders as required by law. The tax rate combines state and local rates based on the shipping address. A third - party system calculates it, and the amount is applied before you complete checkout.
Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping, with a primary focus on orders from the United States. Additionally, we deliver to customers in Mexico, Australia, the United Kingdom, and other regions. For shipping inquiries to other countries, contact us at support@wetkiss.com.
Shipping Time (Processing):
In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days. For pre-order items, the estimated shipping time will be shown in red text on the product page.
Delivery Time (Shipping):
Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen and starts from the moment the carrier receives your package.

After your order is shipped, we will send an email with the tracking number to the email address you used to place the order. Alternatively, you can also track your order by entering your order number and email address on the tracking page.
If you haven’t received your order or if your package was lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
Return & Exchange

Please contact customer service within 30 days of receiving your item to explain the reason for return/exchange and provide 1-2 clear photos of the shoe soles. If your boots meet the return criteria, we will provide you with the return address promptly. For more details, refer to our Return Policy.
Once we receive your return, we will refund the actual amount you paid for the order, including expedited shipping charges. For more details, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Once your returned item arrives, our returns team needs 1-3 business days to inspect and process it (all items undergo a thorough inspection post - arrival). After processing, expect an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement. All refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
